A Dumb Bitch has to do both extremely dumb/irrational and bitchy. Only in the rarest of occasions can a male be demoted. There is also a theme song in the works (it varies depending on the area/school you live in). There is also a hand signal; a short quick chop with your hand parallel to your chest. This hand signal can be done with as little or as much intensity and motion as you please as long as you get your point across.
